■鹿児島県産薩摩ハーブ悠然どり
L'apiで使用している「悠然どり」は、
飼育期間の全行程において、抗生物質及び合成抗菌剤を一切使用しない安心・安全な鶏肉です。
※鶏病予防の為のワクチンは接種しています
直営農場において一貫した管理体制で鶏にストレスを極力かけないよう飼育し、
鶏肉の鮮度を良好な状態に保持しています。
抗生物質・抗菌製剤無添加のペレット飼料を使用することで、
臭みが少なく、鶏肉本来の甘さを引き出します。
低脂肪でカラダにやさしく、ビタミンも一般のブロイラーに比べて豊富であることが特徴です。

You can trust the safety of the Yuzendori chicken that L'api uses because antibiotics or synthetic antibacterials are not used at all during the entire stage of raising.
※They are vaccinated for the prevention of poultry diseases.
To keep the chicken in great condition with optimal freshness, we raise the chicken in a consistent management system with stress minimized as much as possible at the farm under direct management.
By using pelleted feed, which does not contain antibiotics or antibacterial formulation, it brings out the original sweetness of the chicken and with less smell.
The special characteristics are that it is lower in fat, more gentle on the body and richer in vitamins, compared to regular broilers.
■天然酵母パン
L'apiで使用しているパンは、乳化剤、イーストフードは無添加。
国産(群馬県産)100%の小麦粉を使用した山紫水明が育てる天然酵母パンです。
ブドウなど果実や穀物に付いている野生の酵母を利用した。
自然培養からなる天然酵母で、じっくり時間をかけて発酵させて焼いています。
さらに添加物を使用しないことで、からだに優しく、国産小麦の芳醇で香ばしい香りを楽しめます。
Natural Yeast Bread
The bread L'api uses doesn’t have any added emulsifying agents or yeast food. It is natural yeast bread made from 100% domestic wheat flour grown in the natural beauty of Gunma. Naturally-occuring yeast is used that is found on fruits, such as grapes, or grains. Using this natural yeast from a natural culture, the bread if fermented over time and baked. As the bread does not contain additives, it is good for your health, and you can enjoy the rich and fragrant aroma of the domestic flour.
