The Toyonishi Beef that L'api uses is produced, from the stage of breeding, without using antibiotics, hormonal agents and preservatives. It is a healthy, safe and high-quality brand beef from cattle raised on Toyonishi Farm, where the rearing environment for cattle is of utmost importance. Due to the cattle being fed carefully-selected food such as wheat, soybeans, potatoes, rice fodder and beet from Hokkaido, the beef doesn't smell, is healthy and low fat, and you can enjoy the original rich flavour of the beef.
