Duck from Nishizaki Farm
The duck meat that L'api uses is produced, from the stage of breeding, without using hormonal agents and preservatives. This is a free-range healthy domestic duck from Nishizaki Farm which has one of the best environments, such as the best wintering spot for migratory birds at the foot of the Mt.Tsukuba. Currently, their way of production is close to organic because they use non-genetically modified feed, mainly corn without agricultural chemicals added after harvesting, and rice fodder as well as local buckwheat flour. The meat is slightly sweet and has a mild and light flavor.
